Sirath ("we", "us", "our") provides school management software to educational organizations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

We are committed to handling all data with care, especially student records. We comply with applicable privacy laws including FERPA where applicable.

Account information: Name, email address, phone number, and organizational details provided during registration.

Student records: Attendance, enrollment, grades, and communication records entered by school administrators. This data belongs to the school organization.

Usage data: Log files, feature usage, and performance data used to improve the platform. We do not sell this data.

Payment information: Billing is handled through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

We do not use student data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We share data only with:

School data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Student records are exported and provided before deletion upon request.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data at rest and in transit (TLS), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. See our Security page for details.

We will notify active users of material changes to this policy via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
